In celebration of Fire Prevention Month Beaumont Fire & Rescue, Professional Fire Fighter's Local 399, Cooks 2 Dozen Plus and the Fire Museum of Texas present, "Pancakes & Prevention on the Plaza". The annual event is a fundraiser for the museum and raises public awareness for fire prevention and fire safety.
