Location

We are located in the beautiful downtown Beaumont historical district. Located just 84 miles east of Houston, 74 miles northeast of Galveston, and only 30 minutes west of the Louisiana border.

If you are coming from Houston take IH-10 East to the Downtown Exit, turn left at Calder, left at Mulberry, located on the corner of Walnut and Mulberry right behind "Texas' Largest Fire Hydrant." From Baton Rouge - follow same directions as above except take IH-10 West to the Downtown Exit.

Birthday Parties

The Fire Museum offers fire safety themed birthday parties for children between the ages of 3 - 12yrs. Parties last approximately 2 hours. Children are provided with goodie bags and a special program that lasts an hour. Go upstairs to the two story fire safety house to practice fire escape drills. There is also a fire truck cab that all the children can get on to play and turn on all the lights and try on firefighter gear. For additional information and reservations call the museum at (409) 880-3927. We highly recommend reserving a birthday party approximately two months ahead.

Museum Store

The Fire Museum gift shop offers a unique selection of fire-related gifts and souvenirs for the entire family at reasonable prices.
